Devatma Shakti Society, was formed in year 1985. During the journey, a lot of spiritual aspirants got the benefit of initiation through "Shaktipat". Apart from doing many social welfare activities, it also undertook publication of books, beneficial for spiritual aspirants.

Devatma Shakti Society's Ashram is situated 35 kms from Mumbai at Nawali Village in Thane district, which now falls under Vashi Municipal Corporation. This place is easily accessible by train and road. From Mumbra railway station on the Central Railway, it is at a distance of 10 kms on the mumbra panvel road and 5 kms from "Shil Phata". Now there is a regular bus service from Vashi to Dahisar village at hourly intervals.

Devatma Shakti Society has been set up with the blessings of H.H. Swami Shivom Thirthji. The objective of which is to promote the higher values of spiritualism and raising ones consciousness to the highest level by "Shaktipat" (Maha Sidhayoga). This is a nonsectarian approach to merge with the absolute. To make people aware of "Shaktipat", a series of books have been published from time to time.
